The Chefs involved in the OPTIMUM DINING COLLECTION project are from all over the world, ranging from Asia to Europe, Oceania to Africa. They have a  significant influence on the Modern Cuisine and are listed within the 50 World Best restaurants or in the Michelin Guide with at least one star.
